BARNABY BRIGHT CAMPAIGN
This project reimagines political branding through the satirical campaign of Barnaby Bright, a fictional sheriff candidate who exposes the absurd accessibility and performative nature of local elections. Designed for the SCAD Social Bomb, the campaign uses familiar political aesthetics bold typography, patriotic color palettes, and polished imagery to critique how visual design and media rhetoric can manufacture trust and authority.
Through posters, yard signs, merchandise, and a fully designed website, the campaign invites the public to question authenticity and accountability. By blending irony and realism, Barnaby Bright transforms the language of persuasion into a commentary on power, image, and belief turning civic engagement into a design-driven social experiment.
